Some Burkburnett Residents Don't Want Apartment Complex

The Burkburnett City Council will be meeting Monday. Newschannel Six will be there as a planned apartment complex is coming under fire from some Burk residents.
At issue is a housing development company that wants to build an 80-unit multi-family complex near the intersection of Preston Road and Kramer Road. The city gave the company the green light in January. However, at a recent Planning and Zoning meeting a handful of homeowners said they are not happy with the plan. They say the complex will lower their property values. The developers don't believe so. This item is on the Burkburnett Commissioners meet Monday evening. We will let you know what comes out of that meeting Monday night at 9 on Texoma's CW and at  10 on Newschannel Six.
