Rekindled Fire In Ringgold Burned Around 70 Acres

A rekindled fire in Ringgold is out this morning.
Firefighters say it restarted around 6 P.M. Tuesday night on Highway 81 and Loop 19. It burned about 70 acres.
Firefighters say a family was in the area and started a fire on Monday that originally burned about an acre before it was put out. 12 Fire Departments responded including trucks from Ringgold, Nocona, Henrietta, Bellevue, Nocona Lake and Oakshores.
No homes were damaged and there were no injures.
Two trucks stayed in the area throughout the night to keep an eye out for hotspots.
