Dallas Cowboys Camp Rolls on in San Antonio

The Dallas Cowboys continued training camp Monday down at the Alamodome in San Antonio, going through full-contact practice.

The Cowboys are making an effort this year to be more aggressive, trying to run the ball better as well as play much better on defense, where they were awful last year.

New defensive coordinator Rob Ryan held the same job for the Cleveland Browns last year, when the Browns shut down several good offenses including consecutive wins over the New Orleans Saints and New England Patriots.

He and his twin brother, New York Jets head coach Rex Ryan, both played college football at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, Okla.

They have similar approaches to both their defensive philosophies--lots of different looks to confuse the offense--and in their trademark honesty when talking to just about everyone.
