Texoma Man Charged With His Third DWI Offense

A Texoma man is now charged with his third DWI offense.

Wichita County deputy attempted to stop a vehicle at Kell East and Taft, on July 30th. The vehicle finally stopped in the 2100 block of Virginia.

Robert Scott White, 39, was placed under arrest. He was taken to the Wichita County Detention Center.

White is charged with Driving While Intoxicated-3rd or more offense and Evading Arrest/Detention with vehicle.

White was found to have two previous convictions for DWI.
