Wichita Falls Man Indicted On Intoxicated Assault With Vehicle

Wichita County Grand Jury indicted a Wichita Falls man on intoxicated assault with vehicle charge.

Police said Gary Harris rear ended anther vehicle at high speed on Loop 11 in December 2010.

Officers said they could smell alcohol on Harris, his speech was slurred and his eyes bloodshot.

Police said during the accident, Harris hit a tree.

He was taken to the hospital along with a passenger.

The passenger told police he and Harris had been drinking and smoking K2.
