Ranch Roundup; 30 Years and Going Strong

The Texas Ranch Roundup is going strong, celebrating 30 years. Everything kicked off on Thursday but on Saturday things got down to business for the cowboys and gals. At 7:30am the ranch horse competition began and throughout the day the trade show went on with several area vendors displaying their hand crafts.

"I think it's a real good way to showcase what people in this area are doing. Whether its any kind of handcrafting, there's a lot of jewelry makers here, a lot of spur makers, just traders and people who trade," said St. Jo Bootmaker Carlton Turner.

Ranch Roundup has garnered 2.6 million for North Texas charities participating ranches.  On Sunday at 9am there will be a Cowboy Church service to end the festivities.
