Charges Could Soon Be Dropped In Strauss-Kahn Case

NEW YORK (AP) - Sexual assault charges against former International Monetary Fund leader Dominique Strauss-Kahn soon could be dropped in New York.

A person familiar with the investigation says prosecutors plan to tell the hotel maid who's accused Strauss-Kahn that they can't prove there was a forced sexual encounter and that her
inconsistencies might be an issue for a jury.
