Dr Pepper Game Of The Week, Week 1

Graham hosting Brownwood is our Dr Pepper Game Of The Week for Week 1.

Both players and coaches for the Steers are calling it one of the team's toughest tests of the season. Brownwood, ranked No. 1 in the state at the time, topped Graham 37-7 in Brownwood last season.

The Steers are coming off a 20-12 week 0 win over Mineral Wells, in a game determined by turnovers. The Graham defense forced five of them, three fumbles and two interceptions.

The game serves as the home-opener for Graham this season.

Make sure to check back with Newschannel6 to hear Graham players and coaches talk about the matchup daily, all the way until our Dr Pepper Game Of The Week kicks off Friday.
