Two WFPD Officers Retire and Several Receive Awards

Officers Christopher Gay and Steve Carroll have retired from the Wichita Falls Police Department. That ceremony happened on Wednesday. The department celebrated their distinguished careers and thanked them for their years of service to the City of Wichita Falls. Several other Wichita Falls Police Officers received awards at the same ceremony. The following personnel were awarded: Sgt.
