Zero Week Player of the Week Announced

City View's D.J. Brown ran all over Bells Friday night, and he ran all over the competition in voting for our Newschannel 6 Player of the Week for zero week!

Brown gained over 70% of the vote in our online poll, easily distancing Holliday's Jacob Cole, Electra's Tyler Coats and Seymour's Zach Barton.

Brown gained 306 yards on nine touches Friday night, including eight rushes and one reception, scoring five touchdowns against the Panthers, a playoff team last year in Class 2A.

Tune in this Friday night for all of this week's scores and highlights on the Friday Night High School Football Update, then tune in Sunday to see this week's nominees!
