Lakes Arrowhead and Kickapoo levels are on a steady decline.
New numbers Thursday show the levels at 56% combined.
Those low levels are keeping the City of Wichita Falls in the Stage One: Drought Watch Plan.
Residents are continuing to be asked to conserve as much water as you can.
