Charles Davis has been given more time to work on his case. That word from a hearing in Minot, N.D. Wednesday.
Davis is accused of stabbing Wichita Falls resident, Donald Flowers, to death. The alleged incident happened in March while the two colleagues were at a Candlewood Suites in Minot.
Davis pleaded not guilty in April.
The North Dakota state attorney's office said Davis was given a continuance in his pretrial hearing, pushing it back to October 18.
