Fort Sill Solder Pleads Guilty In Bomb Hoax Case

A Fort Sill solder has pleaded guilty to taking a fake bomb onto the post.
27 year old James Joseph Dabrowski, of Lawton, was accused of carrying a backpack into his commanders office for a meeting. In that backpack was an 60mm mortar shell with an external clock, wires and a liquid in a separate container. Snow Hall was evacuated. The bomb squad determined the device was not explosive.  Dabrowski faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine at sentencing. That hearing will take place in the next 90 days.
