Lakes Arrowhead and Kickapoo Levels Continue To Drop

The cooler temperatures and recent rains have slowed dropping lake levels.

Lakes Arrowhead and Kickapoo combined are now at 53.6%, keeping the city of Wichita Falls in Stage One: Drought Watch.

The city has been in Stage One for 52 days now.

Once the levels reach 50%, Wichita Falls will enter into new water restrictions.

Wichita Falls residents are encouraged to continue their water conservation efforts inside and outside their homes and businesses.
