Three Teenagers Escape Juvenile Center In Tecumseh

TECUMSEH, Okla. (AP) - Pottawatomie County authorities are searching for three teenagers who escaped the Central Oklahoma Juvenile Center in Tecumseh.

Authorities say the two 15-year-olds and a 17-year-old apparently used trash cans to climb over a fence and escape about 9 p.m. Sunday. Their names have not been released - but Sheriff Mike Booth says the three are affiliated with gangs and are considered
dangerous.

Booth said the three are not believed to be armed. They were being held for armed robbery and burglary.
