Pre-trial Hearings of Arby's Theft Defendants Rescheduled

The pre-trial hearings for the three defendants were reset for a later date that has not been decided. Troy Eugene Burson, Labrenda Henry and Crystal Killian were arrested back in April of 2010 and indicted in November of that same year.

In a little more than a years span police believe three employees at Arby's embezzled more than $230,000 dollars. Suspicions began when a manager noticed a high volume of deletions on the drive-thru register logs, then when he spoke with fellow employees they said they witnessed the three suspects, who were all managers, delete orders from the screen of registers while taking the money from the customers even though the orders were deleted.

We will keep you updated on this case.
