A Texoma man will appear in a Wichita County courthouse at a later date.

Duran is indicted on a Aggravated Sexual Assault charged. He is accused of sexually assaulting a young girl.

Police said the incident happened between August 2010 and April 2011, when Duran was babysitting the child at his home.

Police said a family member of the child told them the child would follow him to the restroom and he felt something wasn't fight.

Police then investigated and discovered the child was being sexually assaulted.
