UPDATE: Old High Student Faces Two Counts of Sexual Assault

Jarvis Whitaker was arrested October 17th and faces two counts of sexual assault after a female teenager  said she had been sexually assaulted by Whitacker at Wichita Falls High School.

Whitaker denied any sexual activity between him and the victim, but he did admit to being in the girl's bathroom near the gym when the victim walked into the bathroom.

The victim was taken in for treatment at 11th Street Hospital.  Police say her exam tested positive for trauma.
