Wichita Falls Police Officer Passes Away

A Texoma man who dedicated his life to serving and protecting the people of Wichita Falls and Wichita County has passed away.

Officer Edward Nahquaddy died yesterday morning, November 1st, due to complications from diabetes.

Officer Nahquaddy had served as an officer in the Wichita Falls Police Department for 25 years before retiring and going to work as a Deputy for the Wichita County Sheriff's Office for the next five years.

Details on his funeral service have not been announced but his service will be held at Comanche Funeral Home. He will be buried at the Saddle Mountain Cemetery in Saddle Mountain, Oklahoma.
