Man Sentenced to 23 Years for Aggravated Robbery

A Texoma man has plead guilty to two counts of aggravated robbery.

Owen Pascal Willis is sentenced to 23 years in prison for his involvement in a January 2011 shooting.

41-year-old Willis and another men held up pair of men at gun point. Willis and his accomplice demanded money from the pair and when neither responded, according to prosecutors, the accomplice opened fire.

Both men were shot, one was a 14-year-old boy. Both men survived.
