Veterans Day was celebrated a little early this year. The holiday is this Friday, but in Wichita Falls veterans, military groups and Texoma schools recognized the holiday in downtown streets. Festivities started at 11 am off 6th and Indiana. The parade pays tribute to all of those who have sacrificed so much to serve and protect the nation. It was a colorful day as color guard members came out to honor our local heroes.
