Current Lake Levels Keeping Wichita Falls In Stage One

Lake levels are keeping the city of Wichita Falls in the stage one drought watch plan.

Lakes Arrowhead and Kickapoo levels are at 55.2 %.

If levels drop to 50%, the city will enter into stage two drought.

Under stage one, residents are being asked to voluntary conserve water.

If the city reaches stage two, mandatory water restrictions will be put in place.
