HS Basketball Rankings for December 12th

Five Texoma Basketball teams are ranked in the latest TABC TexPreps basketball rankings, released Monday.

Four of them are boys teams. In Class 3A the Burkburnett Bulldogs jumped a spot to #7 despite taking their first loss of the season over the weekend in their own tournament.

In 2A, the Holliday Eagles moved up to #12 after a solid showing in the Vernon Invitational, falling to Class 4A Amarillo Caprock in the final.

In Class A Division 1, Seymour remained at #19. They will be in Wichita Falls Tuesday night to face City View.

Throckmorton dropped one more spot to #4 in Class A Division 2, as they are just getting their season started tomorrow night against Newcastle, after their state title win in football.

The Rider Lady Raiders are up to #11 in Class 4A, as the only Texoma girls team currently ranked.

Crowell fell out of the 1A Division 2 rankings after falling in the Vernon finals to Quanah.
