Suspect In Robbery To Plea Out

One of two suspects in the robbery of a donut shop last January has agreed to a Promise Plea Hearing that has been set for February 23rd. Liana Ann Noah withdrew a motion for a Bond Reduction Hearing on Thursday. She is facing two counts of Aggravated Robbery. Noah and Taylor Watters were both accused of robbing a donut shop at 8th and Brook in Wichita Falls. A 911 caller reported they saw a man yelling into the rear door of the shop. Police responded to find the shop's owner face down on the floor with his hands tied behind his back. He had also been hit in the head. Police found both suspects at the scene as well and they were taken into custody. Newschannel 6 will continue to update this case after the next hearing in February.
