Two men are behind bars each on a $100,000 bond. Police were dispatched to 3928 FM 367 where a Sheriff's Deputy reported he located a possible meth lab inside a vehicle on Tuesday. The Deputy made contact with the passengers 49-year-old Anthony Skelton 44-year-old Leroy Hooker. The deputy noticed a gray bag containing a clear liquid and lithium batteries. When a Wichita Falls Police Officer responded he reported seeing an orange pill bottle containing a white powdery substance believed to be pseudoephedrine. Both men were arrested and charged with possession or transportation of certain chemical with intent to manufacture.
