Texoma Man Not Heading To Trial On Drug Charges

The Wichita County Grand Jury did not find enough evidence to indict a Texoma man on drug charges.

Demetrick Murray will not head to trial on Possession of a Controlled Substance in a drug free zone charge.

Murray is still indicted on deadly conduct charges.

Police say Murray shot another man in July on Pine Street.

Officers say Murray used the same gun in at least four other incidents across Wichita Falls.
