Lady Coyotes Draw with Abilene Wylie

The Wichita Falls High School Lady Coyote soccer team played Abilene Wylie to a scoreless draw Monday night at Memorial Stadium.

Old High outshot the Lady Bulldogs 14-1 in the contest, but couldn't break through.

Kaegen Dunn recorded the shutout for the Lady Coyotes (4-4-1), whose record stays even after their first draw of the season.

After playing their sixth game in seven days, WFHS will have a long break before their next game. They do not play again until Friday, February 3, when they visit Lake Dallas.

After that they will host Lubbock Monterey the following Friday before opening District 9-4A against Burkburnett on February 13th.

Tuesday's soccer schedule:

Rider boys vs Abilene Wylie, 6:00 p.m., Memorial Stadium

Hirschi at Mineral Wells, girls at 5:00 p.m., boys at 7:00 p.m.

Burkburnett Boys at Denison, 7:15 p.m.
