Parts Of Wichita Falls Water Pressure Temporarily Reduced

Wichita Falls city leaders said continued expansion of the Cypress Water Treatment Plant is going to affect water pressure for some home and business owners.

Those located west of Fairway between Southwest Parkway and Seymour Highway will experience reduced water pressure beginning Monday, February 13th and ending Monday February 27th.
That's when construction on the next phase of the project is set to be complete.

    Since the 1950's the Wichita County Mounted Patrol Rodeo brought in crowds from all across Texoma. After unexpectedly shutting down in 2011 due to financial issues it is coming back and better than ever. Former Steer Wrestling World Champion Mickey Gee told me there is nothing better than a Texas rodeo. The Wichita county native spent many years attending the WCMP Rodeo with his father and knew when the gates closed in 2011 he had to do something to bring it back.
