A Fire Destroys A Home In Henrietta

A fire in Henrietta has destroyed a family's home.

Henrietta Volunteer Fire Chief Mike Roberts told Newschannel 6 the blaze sparked this morning near Clay and Lamar.

Roberts said the house was completely gutted and it took two fire departments just under 10 minutes to put the flames out.

A family of seven lost everything they own and the Red Cross stepped in to help provide food and clothing.

Fire Officials are still investigating the cause of the fire.
