Wichita County Man Indicted On Several Charges

The Wichita County Grand Jury indicted a Texoma man on several charges.

Acie Bouye was indicted on two counts of assault on a public servant, one count of harassment of a public servant and one count of harassment by a person in a correctional facility.

Bouye is accused of cursing at a judge two months ago. Officers say he ignored the detention officers demand to sit down and be quiet.

Detention officers told police they got into a struggle with Bouye. They say Bouye hit a detention officer in the nose and left cheek.
