Retired & Senior Citizens Car Show

A car show Saturday afternoon raised money for senior citizens. The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program, also known as RSVP hosted the event. This annual show brought out more than two dozen cars. All the proceeds from the registration goes straight back to the organization.

"It is our biggest event. This is what we depend on to make our money to use to match the grants," said RSVP Board Member Pat Norriss. Judges included Clay County Commissioner Johnny Gee and Wichita County Commissioner Bill Presson.

RSVP provides volunteer opportunities for people 55 and older.
