Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting A Girl

A Texas man is accused of sexually assaulting an 11 year old girl.

Wichita Falls police said the victim told a school counselor about being sexually assaulted at her house.

The victim told police Larry Gene Holder, 54, laid in bed with her and sexually assaulted her. Police said the accused incident happened last September.

Police interviewed Holder who said he went to the victim's mother's house after drinking at a bar.

Holder told police the mother was on the couch where he usually sleeps when he's in town. He admitted to police he did get in bed with the victim but did not admit to sexually assaulting her.
