2 Okla Men Accused In Deadly Spree To Be Arraigned

TULSA, Okla. (AP) - Two men accused in a shooting spree that left three people dead and two wounded are scheduled to appear in Tulsa County District Court.

An arraignment is set for Monday for Jake England and Alvin Watts.

Prosecutors have charged the pair with first-degree murder, shooting with intent to kill and malicious harassment in the Good Friday shooting spree that claimed the lives of Dannaer Fields, Bobby Clark and William Allen. The harassment counts allege the victims were targeted because they are black.

England and Watts are described as white. Investigators have speculated that the shootings were done to avenge the death of England's father, whom authorities say was
fatally shot in self-defense during a struggle with a black man in 2010.
