Jack Lamson - KAUZ-TV: Newschannel 6 Now | Wichita Falls, TX

Jack Lamson

Jack joined the Newschannel 6 team as a reporter in April of 2012. He grew up in Massachusetts and has spent his entire life in the Northeast part of the country. He is excited to be experiencing a new part of the country and is proud to now call Texoma home.

Most recently Jack worked as a writer for NBC in Boston. He has also worked for ABC News Channel 8 in New Haven, Connecticut. While attending college at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut, Jack majored in Broadcast Journalism and minored in Political Science. He worked on two of the Universities high definition television programs, anchoring a weekly live newscast and hosting a weekly morning show.

Jack has spent his last seven summers teaching sailing at a boy's camp in Maine. Now he is excited to explore the Wichita Mountains and all the outdoor activities that sunny Texoma has to offer.

Jack enjoys playing tennis and golf, but when he's not outside he can be found reading the latest Tom Clancy or Vince Flynn novel. Jack is also a big fan of all Boston sports teams. He also roots for the Colby College Mules, where his brother plays football.
