Texoma Man Accused of Sexual Assault

A Texoma man is behind bars facing Sexual Assault charges.

Wichita Falls Police responded to the 3000 block of Holliday last Wednesday in reference to a possible sexual assault.

According to the Probable Cause Affidavit, the caller told officers he saw Eli De-Coven Graves, 37,attempting to sexually assault a female in some bushes near a vacant lot.

After officers arrived and the victim told police, Graves demanded that she perform a sexual act on him, or he was going to kill her.

Officers arrested Graves. He denied threatening and attempting to have sex with the victim.

He is in the Wichita County jail on a $25,000 bond.
