Midwestern State University's Board of Regents discussed future projects for the University on Thursday.
Their first priority is to renovate the Moffet Library.
The university is eligible for a $40 million bond to help with modernizing the campus library.
The bond could also allow the university to build a completely new library.
Another priority is to renovate the old Christ Academy building, extending the Mass Communication and Music departments.
The university will also be looking to spend half a million dollars every fiscal year to improve two classrooms in each college.
