Only On 6: Get Fit For Free

As we get closer to summer, there's a big push to slim down for swimsuits. Corporations realize that, so a ton of companies are wanting to get your money in exchange for a promise to help you shed those pounds.

But guess what, you don't have to pay a dime to tone up. Everything a woman needs to shed unwanted pounds is at her fingertips.

NSCA Certified Personal Trainer Elias Aguirre  has a  3 minute workout designed to be done in your home, and target the points of a woman's body we all worry about. 
Everything from the arms, to the hips, and the tummy.

Here's a look at the moves that are each done 10 times a piece
     1.Standing Star
     2. Recline Pull
     3. Pushups
     4. Split Squat To Reach
     5. Hip Extended 
     6. Bicycles

Together these moves will help you improve your balance, strength and flexibility. 
Something mother of two Eloiza Anglin is excited about.

"It's also simple because you are home. You don't have to fix yourself up to go to the gym. You don't have to worry about who you are going to see or who you are going to run into" said Anglin.

If you start now and keep it up, Anglin found it will save you from crash diets and stress come  summer! Beginners, Aguirre says, doing the steps in a 3 minute circuit just a few times a week will bring you  results.

For the more advanced workout, NSCA-CPT Elias Aguirre encourages you to repeat the work  for 30 minutes, while taking 60 second breaks in between the circuits. The exercises must be done with good form, pain free range of motion, and safety first.  Challenge yourself in every repetition, each exercise, and go for the ultimate body construction.  The workout may be performed 2-3 days per week for 30 minutes and up to 45 minutes for an advanced workout.  Be sure to utilize the program for 2-3 weeks.  Remember, WORK+REST=SUCCESS.
