Wichita Falls Police Seize Bomb Making Materials

Wichita Falls police arrested four people accused of having bomb making materials.

Police went to the 1600 block of 23rd street, Saturday, May 12, on a call of several vehicles at an abandoned house.

Police arrived and found a broken window and the back door open. Police said a man came out of the house, saw police and ran back in. Police followed the man inside the house and found two women and another man.

Police said they saw open containers of gun power and other unknown substances, electrical tape, metal pipes, and possible fuses.

Officials said both the women and one of the men's charges were dropped.

Jerry Criner Jr., 30,  was charged with Possession of Prohibited Weapons, Possession of Components of Explosives and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
