Sheriff's Posse Holds Benefit Luncheon For Little Girls

On Thursday, the Wichita County Sheriff's Posse will host a benefit luncheon.  It will support 8-year-old Emma Wisch and 2-year-old Ava Kate Chambers.

Emma is the daughter of Wichita County Sgt. Eric Wisch.  Ava is the daughter of I.T. Specialist Rob Chambers.

Both young girls have recently been admitted into Cook's Children's Hospital with life threatening illnesses.  On behalf of these two families they are reaching out to the community for support during these most difficult times for financial assistance in helping them cover medical bills.

The luncheon will be on the front courthouse lawn from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.  They will serve hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, drinks and desserts.  There will also be a drawing for a photo session.

Donations will be accepted.
