WICHITA FALLS - Two Wichita Falls men were placed under arrest during a morning pot bust.
Wichita County Sheriff's Special Response Unit and Patrol Division members and Wichita County Drug Enforcement Unit members executed a search warrant Tuesday around 6:00 at the 400 block of North Travis. There they seized more than two pounds of marijuana, several marijuana plants and several assorted paraphernalia items.
Paul Ray Smith, 45 and his son Paul Ray Smith, Jr, 21 were sent to the Wichita County Detention Center and charged with Possession of Marijuana over four ounces and under five pounds.
