An arrest was made in connection to the firecracker riot on Bailey Ave.
Police said Malcolm X Douglas, 19, passed the 400 block of Bailey Ave. on his bike and threw a lit firework at a police officer. He was then chased down and tazed and sent to Wichita County Jail.
Douglas was charged with assault on a public servant and evading arrest.
