Man Pleads Guilty To Wichita Falls Murder

One of three men accused of killing a man at a Wichita Falls nightclub made his plea in court.
Raphael Hernandez, 26, of Dallas pleaded guilty to murder on July 3rd and was sentenced to 30 years in TDJC.

He was arrested in June 2009 with Jesus Hernandez, 26, and Juan Gonzalez, 23, for the shooting death of 24-year-old Oscar Cadena at El Farallon. Officers said all three Dallas suspects took off after the shooting and were later caught in Wise County.
