Wichita Falls Police believe a man arrested in connection to a Stripes robbery might also have held up a Whataburger less than a week earlier.
Kadeem Emmers, 21, is charged with aggravated robbery.
He was arrested Friday for the July 2nd aggravated robbery of the Stripes convenience store at Southwest Parkway and Taft Blvd.
Wichita Falls Police believe Emmers could also be one of the two men who robbed a Whataburger on the 3000 block of McNeil on June 27th. The armed men flashed their weapons around 2:40 a.m. and stole two frightened customers' purses and cash from the register.
The two men then took off on foot.
Police were given vague descriptions of the men that morning learning their race and the clothing they wore. Surveillance video became available the next day.
In both robberies the man was armed and wearing a ski mask. Police are still investigating whether these two robberies are connected.
The second Whataburger robbery suspect is still missing.
