Wichita Falls Police are searching for a man who stabbed another at Denim and Diamonds.
The stabbing happened Thursday around 1 a.m. in off Kell Blvd. near McNeil Ave.
Off-duty sheriffs deputies were working at the western-style night club as security. They called for back up around 12:30 because the crowd was getting rowdy.
Once things seemed to calm down the called-in officer left the club. Before he could leave the parking lot, deputies stopped him saying someone was stabbed.
Wichita Falls Police Sergeant Gregory Lillis said a 24-year-old man was leaving the bathroom when he was stabbed in the left shoulder with a broken beer bottle. The victim was sent to the emergency room with non life threatening injuries.
Deputies monitored the doors as the on-scene officer and a deputy searched for the attacker. The man was nowhere to be found and must have took off after the stabbing. Police however have his description:

Last seen wearing blue jeans and a blue polo.
