Surveillance cameras with a $68,000 price tag will be on the table Monday morning in The Wichita County Commissioners Court Meeting.
Commissioners are expected to approve the funds, so cameras can be installed in the Downtown Wichita County Jail.
Commissioners are putting this project on the "fast track," wanting to by-pass the bidding process.
The agenda states it's to, "preserve or protect the public health or safety of residents of the county due to unforeseen damage to public property."
