Over a hundred women packed the Sikes Lake Center in Wichita Falls Thursday night to get a crash-course on the game of football.
They listened to speakers including MSU coaches and Newschannel 6's own Chris Horgen, the radio analyst for Mustangs football.
The event, put together by MSU coach Bill Maskill's wife Mary Helen, explained the game so women won't have to be "football widows" in the fall.
Donations were also taken to benefit the Bill Maskill Foundation, a nonprofit set up to give back to the youth of Wichita Falls.
