Officials are working to determine what caused a fire to spark around 9 Tuesday morning near Highway 79.

6 was on the scene as responders worked to keep the blaze  from spreading to the near-by highway.

The fire was contained around 10:30. It destroyed more than ten acres.

No injuries were reported and the cause is under investigation.
