Backyard Baseball Bat & Brick Attack

Two men are charged with attacking a man with baseball bats and bricks in his own backyard.

Wichita Falls police said Paul Allen Brown, 55, and Franklin Burton Roe, 53, broke into the victim's backyard on the 4100 block of Mustang St. around 7:30 p.m., Wednesday.

Police said the victim, in his 50's, suffered serious injuries to his head and arms. Police are working to determine a cause in this attack.

Brown and Roe are being held at the Wichita County Jail awaiting arraignment. No bond has been set.
