Truck Driver Rolls Semi Several Times

A truck driver got several cuts and bruises during a semi rollover accident Monday morning.

The rollover happened around 8 a.m. on F. M. 210, North of Megargel.

Emergency responders on scene told Newschannel 6 the driver of the truck was northbound when lost control. The driver overcorrected, causing the semi to flip an unknown number of times.

The driver sustained cuts and bruises but refused medical treatment on scene. The wreck caused the roadway to be closed down, while crews cleaned up the wreckage.

The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the accident.
