City Housing Division To Close Temporarily For Training

WICHITA FALLS - The City of Wichita Falls Housing Division will be closed beginning at 2 p.m., Friday, August 24th and will reopen for regular business, Tuesday, September 4th.

The temporary closure will allow for new software upgrades and staff training. The upgrades and training are essential and will improve efficiency and quality of service for housing clients.

During the temporary closure you can leave a voice message by calling 761-7454. The calls will be monitored and returned as staff is able.

Clients needing an in-person consultation can receive assistance in the Housing office, 1300 7th Street, Room 400, Tuesday, August 28th from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please call 761-7454 to set up an appointment on this day. Cases will be accepted on a limited basis and will be for urgent matters only.
